Settlement between Rubabah Sultan and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, 1915
Settlement between Rubabah Sultan, daughter of Muhammad Husayn (son of Haji Muhammad Baqir) and wife of Muhammad Riza (son of Sadiq from Khuzan), and Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali, son of Karbalayi Abu al-Qasim, over part of an orchard and its share of water from the qanat, located in Shams Abad district, for ninety-one tumans, dated October 26, 1915. Muhammad Riza has approved this transaction. On verso, dated February 13, 1918: Mulla Nawruz ‘Ali sold the above property to Karbalayi Asad Allah, son of Mirza Muhammad from Khuzan, for ninety-one tumans.

Settlements of an orchard, 1815 to 1835
On December 6, 1815, Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Musa and wife of Karbalayi Sadiq, sold an orchard located in Shaykh Abad farm to Karbalayi Isma‘il, son of Karbalayi Qasim, and ‘Ali ‘Askar, son of Muhammad Nasir from Mubarakah, in exchange for twenty tumans. Then, Aqa Kazim, Aqa Qasim, Aqa ‘Ali, and Aqa Baqir, sons of Karbalayi Sadiq, transferred two bath buildings located in the same orchard, to the mentioned buyers for two tumans. Settlement between Khanum Sultan and Aqa Baygum, 1911
After Nayib Ibrahim, son of Haji Muhammad Baqir from Khuzan, died without leaving a will, there was a dispute between Nayib Ibrahim's wife Khanum Sultan, daughter of Mirza Muhammad Hasan from Andan, and Nayib Ibrahim's daughter Aqa Baygum, wife of ‘Abd al-Rahman. Khanum Sultan demanded her share of the inheritance and what was hers according to her marriage contract.
